The king-sized bed provided so. much.space! I loved the private shuttle service that made getting to the slopes easy. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Front Office Assistant Manager Mr Sho Moi Satoh, who went above and beyond with recommendations and reservations. The mountain view from my superior room was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience.

However, I noticed that the seating in the common areas could be more accessible.

We had an awesome stay with our group of friends! The location is great for skiing, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed the onsen and private ski lockers. Would recommend checking out the nearby NAC for fun activities. The staff were super friendly and helped make our stay memorable.

the chalet ivy hirafu has a perfect location for ski enthusiasts, right at the slope's edge and just across the road from delicious cheese tarts and arabica coffee. the on-site gym was great, and the staff's helpfulness made a huge difference, especially the free shuttle service to ski locations.
